This is a picture of an office. There are many people working in the office. All the tables and chairs are neatly arranged in the office. The typist is typing. The man sitting in front of the typist is writing something on a piece of paper. He has a big file on his table. On another table, a man is sitting and talking to someone. Two women are working in a cabin in the office. The peon is sitting on a stool near the door. There are two cupboards in the office.

Timber is used to build houses and make furniture. Paper is also made from the pulp of trees. We get many medicines from the fruits, leaves, and roots of trees. Trees are useful in curing many diseases. Birds build their nests in trees. Even animals depend on trees for their food. Trees give us cool shade. People often rest under trees during hot days. Trees make our surroundings beautiful. They keep the environment clean and purify the air. Trees attract rain clouds. Without trees, there would be less rain. They prevent soil erosion by holding the soil with their roots. Trees are our natural wealth. They give us life and support many living beings. Therefore, we must not cut down trees. Instead, we should plant more trees and protect them.
