My Favourite Animal: Horse 

My favourite animal is the horse. I like the horse because it is a strong and Swift animal, It runs very fast and can travel long distances. It is called a faithful animal. It listens to its master and obeys commands. It has a beautiful mane on its neck. In the olden days, the horse was used for travelling. It was said to be a favourite vehicle of kings. It was used by kings and soldiers during battles. Horses were also used to send messages from one place to another. Maharana Pratap’s loyal horse Chetak is also considered a hero in our history. The horse-cart is popularity even today. In villages, people still use horse-carts for transport. People, especially children, enjoy riding the horse. The horse is also used in the circus to perform some tricks. Horse racing is held in many big cities. I like the horse and I enjoy riding on it like a king or a queen.

Trees are useful in curing many diseases. Birds build their nests in trees. Even animals depend on trees for their food. Trees give us cool shade. People often rest under trees during hot days. Trees make our surroundings beautiful. They keep the environment clean and purify the air. Trees attract rain clouds. Without trees, there would be less rain. They prevent soil erosion by holding the soil with their roots. Trees are our natural wealth. They give us life and support many living beings. Therefore, we must not cut down trees.
